Occgamers.com (referred to below as the "Site") is a web site owned and operated by Occgamers LLC.(refferred to below as the "Company").

1. About these Terms

1.1. All the Services and Products supplied by the Company are subjects to these Terms in this agreement. We call them the Universal Terms. While you may have Specific Terms with the Company for a particular service. When the Universal Terms contradict the Specific Terms, the Specific Terms take precedence in relation to that service. The Universal Terms and the Specific Terms combine to form the Terms. You need to record the Terms before you continue.

2. Accepting the Term

2.1. This is a legally binding agreement between you and Occgamers.com (referred to below as the "Site"). You shall read this agreement carefully and accept it. If you do not accept it, please do not use the Site.

2.2. You can accept the Terms by:

      A. Clicking when an Accept option is available during you use the Site; or

      B. By actually using the Services. You acknowlege and agree that, in this case, your use of the Site can be treated by the Company as acceptance to the Terms from then on.

2.3. You can NOT accept the Terms if:

      A. You are under the legal to form a legal contract unless with the permission of a parent or a guardian.

      B. You are barred from using the Services by law.

3. Changes to the Terms

3.1. Occgamers may revise the Terms from time to time, without prior notice to you.

3.2. The new Terms is effective when posted. When there is any contradiction between the former Terms and the latter Terms, the latter shall take precedence.

4. Provision of the Services by Occgamers

4.1. You acknowledge and agree that the form and nature of the Services which Occgamers provides may change from time to time without prior notice to you. We do so to provide better and better Services for you.

4.2. You acknowledge and agree that Occgamers may stop providing the Services to you at any time without prior notice to you.

4.3. You acknowledge and agree that if Occgamers disables access to your account, you may be prevented from accessing the Services, your account details or any files or other content which is contained in your account.

5. Use of the Services by you

5.1. You ought to provide information about yourself to use the Services. You agree that any information above will always be accurate, correct and up to date.

5.2. You agree not to use the Services for unlawful purposes.

5.3. You agree not to access (or attempt to access) any of the Services by any means other than through the interface that is provided by Occgamers, unless you have been specifically allowed to do so in a separate agreement with Occgamers.

5.4. You agree not to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Services (or the servers and networks which are connected to the Services).

5.5. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade or resell the Services for any purpose, unless you have been specifically permitted by Occgamers in writing

5.6. You agree that you are solely responsible for any breach of your obligations under the Terms and for the consequences of any such breach.

6. Your account security

6.1. You agree and understand that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of passwords associated with any account you use to access the Services.

6.2. You agree that you will be solely responsible to Google for all activities that occur under your account.

6.3. You agree not to share your account or the password with others.

6.4. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your password or of your account, you agree to notify Occgamers immediately by emailing to support@occgamers.com or by contacting its Live Help.

7. Privacy Policy

7.1. Occgamers is concerned about your privacy rights. The Privacy Policy shows details how your private information is protected. Please read the Privacy Policy here.

8. Termination of Service

8.1. You can end your relationship with Occgamers and stop using the Services by (a) notifying Google at any time in writing and (b) closing your account for all of the Services which you use.

8.2. Occgamers may end its relationship with you and stop providing the Services at any time at its own discretion if:

      A. You have breached any provision of the Terms; or

      B. Occgamers is required to do so by law; or

      C. The Services provided to you is not commercially viable for Occgamers any more.

8.3. The termination is not retroactive. When the Service end, all of the rights and benefits that you and Occgamers have gained shall be unaffected by this cessation.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

9.1. All the Services and Products are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAIBALE" basis. Occgamers expressly do not warrant that:

      A. The Services will meet your expectations;

      B. The Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or free from error.

9.2. Occgamers is not responsible to any external content which are not stored on this Site.

9.3. Occgamers will not be liable to any loss or damage which are concequences of using the Services for any reasons.

10. Applicable Laws

10.1. All matters concerning your use of the Site and the Services shall be governed by P.R.C. Law. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes of the court in P.R.C..
